The Llynfi Valley was abuzz with excitement recently as Caerau hosted a doubleheader of BMX championships. The Llynfi BMX Racing Club successfully brought both the South West BMX Championships 2024 and the Welsh BMX Championships to the village, attracting a large crowd of visitors from right across Wales.

Beyond the thrilling BMX competitions, the event offered a variety of activities. Food and drink, serving everything from traditional Welsh cakes to refreshing beverages. Raffle prizes, live commentary, music, and a balance bike fun race added to the festive atmosphere.
